We are a small business. Last minutes cancellations and no shows affect our ability to provide our services and also inconvenience others who are not able to enjoy the experience. We take a zero-tolerance approach to chargeback fraud. By placing a booking through our payment platform, you acknowledge that you have the authority to use the credit card(s) used to place the reservation.
Chargebacks occur when your credit card provider requests that we return monies on a transaction which you dispute or claim is fraudulent. We recognize that chargebacks can happen for a variety of reasons. However, if you make a credit card payment through us in respect of a booking, and you or any member of your party later disputes this legitimate charge by raising a chargeback without merit (in our sole discretion), whether fraudulently or otherwise, we may take steps to recover any expenses resulting from such an unmerited chargeback from you or such party directly, including legal fees and other expenses.
Furthermore, in the event of any unmerited chargeback requests, we reserve the right to recover any monies by all legal means available to us, including using a third-party debt collection agency, or any other lawful means to recover funds successfully charged back to you in such circumstances.
Any intentional misuse of credit card to obtain goods or services may also result in criminal prosecution. Note that pursuant to applicable law, credit or debit card fraud may be a felony punishable by imprisonment and significant fines. We appreciate your understanding.
A hot air balloon ride is a safe and fun activity for people of almost all ages, but it is an outdoor adventure and there are some individuals for whom ballooning may not be appropriate.

IMPORTANT! - Children must be at least 6 years old and 48 inches in height to participate. We are very sorry if your child does not meet these parameters but they exist for the safety and wellbeing of your child. Our minimum age and height are firm. Please be aware falsification of your child’s age for the purpose of taking this trip is illegal. If your child (or children) is disqualified from participation for not meeting the minimum height and age you will still be charged in full for them.
Please understand that we will always err on the side of caution and in some cases may ask a guest to refrain from flying. If our staff cancels you because they feel they cannot fly you safely, you will not be charged and any charges will be refunded. If you have a medical problem that could cause discomfort or be aggravated during flight, please consult your physician in advance.
